The “WohnLichtWerkzeug” has the intention to break up with familiar types of lighting. Having a variety of luminous objects at ceiling, floor and wall gets redundant by using a flexible light for living. A simple hanging construction leads to various possible applications for lighting.

It can be rotated around 360- degree or also be swinged from the bottom up and reverse. Due to a flexible loop out of stranded wire, it arrests by itself in every position. An implemented tilt sensor leads to an innovative and interactive way of use. Turning down the lighting rod makes the LEDs behave like water and flow down to the end of the rod while turning brighter at the end of the rod. The light’s brightest point of light is always where you need it.
